Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment
At Nabikon Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)
In addition to our standard policy, customers within the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us at sales@nabikon.com.

The refund for a withdrawal will include the cost of the item and the cost of the original standard shipping.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@nabikon.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (with photos, if applicable).

Await Approval: Do not send items back without first receiving approval and return instructions from our team.

Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Deductions:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@nabikon.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@nabikon.com with your order number and photos of the damage. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customer Responsibility
Nabikon Store is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect slicer settings, 3D printer configurations, or a lack of experience. We provide a high-quality product, but its success depends on proper use and equipment calibration.
